Let your inner radiance shine
The lens through which we see life is largely influenced by external factors, be it the opinions of other people, our family beliefs, the culture we belong to ... It is through the practice of Yoga that we begin to reconnect with the truth of who we are.
Why Traditional Hatha?
Once the moon has been made steady, the Sun can be made to rise
The teachings of Traditional Tantric Hatha Yoga are those rooted in the wisdom of the Himalayan Masters, the teachings of Moon, Sun and Fire. Three stages perfected over thousands of years that will progressively lead us to gain victory over our busy mind, making it calm and stable so that in that stillness we can feel and learn to manage our vital force, Prana, to finally ignite our inner fire, Agni, which will consume our limitations and obstacles, making us shine so we become our best version.
